FABULOUS!!! I thought this was the best I have been looking for in an apple pie- no overpowering of cinnamon just simple, delicious apples. Extrememly flavorful and a sure hit w/ everyone...dont forget the premade Pillsbury refrigerated crust (awesome) TRY THIS ONE and thanks for a recipe I will keep forever :)

I would just like to add another tip to this recipe.........USE MINI MARSHMALLOWS FOR THE TAILS!! My great grandmother used to make these :)

Thick Cut-Outs

The only reason i didnt rate the a 5* was because i thought it lacked a touch of more flavor. THIS IS A GREAT COOKIE, but next time i am going add some Almond Extract and see if it fixes it. The dough is Very Easy to work with! I think one should watch the clock carefully on these and not go to or over 10mins! PS.(THE # OF EGGS IS CORRECT)

Mom's Best Meatloaf

I never liked my family's meatloaf...so i have had to venture out on my own and find one i could tolerate to even cook. THis is FABULOUS!!! I added a touch more BARBQ sauce and didnt have the smoke flavoring and it still was a knock out- MUST TRY and this is My Keeper. If this helps at all...i dont care for the ketchup-y versions. This is more tangy and smokey.

Crunchy Green Bean Casserole

I had a bit of trouble with consistency when i made this. Probebly my fault, but i made it worse by trying to thicken it more. It was edible for Thanksgiving and folks liked the water chesnuts but i would add DOUBLE THE BACON. Will try it again hoping for better results. :)

Creamed Corn

I thought it was soo different from the old canned cream of corn. NO DOUBT BETTER! It is more like a souffle. Very fattening and rich- but who cares on Thanksgiving, right?! Kids loved it but for some reason i will try another next time??

Pope's Valentine Cookies

If you are looking for a delicately tastey, white, soft but yet crisp, cut-out then this is for you. I was hoping for more cake-like cookies so this is not for me. Dough was easy to work w/ even w/out chilling. GREAT FOR USE WITH KIDS!!-no raw eggs so its a tastey and safe dough to eat :) A nice cookie!
