Harvest Pumpkin Cupcakes

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
AMAZING! so moist and delicious!!! Definitely bake for less time than suggested - I also used tapioca starch instead of corn starch. I added lemon zest to the frosting and less sugar.... thank you! this was fantastic!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
I made this for my sister's wedding and everyone raved about it! I added some lemon zest (just because nothing can go wrong with lemon) and it came out wonderful.. (I did skip the raisins) I used a cream cheese frosting which I also modified by adding lemon zest and some of the pineapple juice... thank you!

Orange Cranberry Drops

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
I loved it.... I used orange water (persian/arabic) instead of the essence, I also cut the white sugar to 1/4 of a cup and instead of having all cranberries I put equal parts of chocolate chips, cranberries and pecans.... delicious!!!

Cranberry Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
This is my first time making cranberry sauce, in fact, my first time making a thanksgiving dinner... although I like the end result of this, I had to cut the sugar in half, as it was way too sweet for my taste, otherwise, it was great.
