Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2007
Very good and very easy. I will definately be making this again. I added onion and some baby bella mushrooms. I also added the juice of a lemon, 2 tblsp of mustard, and a tblsp of worchestire sauce to the olive oil. It is now my husband's favorite dinner.

Crawfish Chowder

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
This was very good. I used shrimp rather than crawfish and only used the recommended amount of cream cheese. Some other reviewers mentioned they doubled it but I found the soup to be very thick and would have been even more so with the extra cream cheese.

Pork with Linguine and Blue Cheese Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2007
This is a great dish. I didn't find the flavor of the blue cheese to be overpowering and probably would have preferred to use a little more.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2007
I have made this chicken several times now. The first time I made it I was so put off by skinning the chicken that I decided I would probably not make it again. Once I had a taste I completely changed my mind. Now I will use boneless skinless chicken thighs and serve it over rice. Reminds me a lot of the Hawaiian dish Shoyu chicken.

French Beef Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
I have been using this recipe for quite awhile and have always made it exactly as directed. I am not a huge fan of beef stew but I do like it with the addition of the mustard. I would suggest adding 1 tablespoon first and trying it though.

Made the recipe almost exactly as written, although I added a little extra cream. Everyone loved it including my husband who I never could get to eat a brussel sprout before.

Curried Salmon Bake

I thought this was pretty good and my husband loved it. I only had curry powder so I upped the amount and added some other spices.

These cookies were amazing, some of the best I have ever had. I followed the recipe exactly. I made them for a church potluck and there was absolutely nothing left over.

Delicious. I followed the recipe pretty closely except I didn't have any dill. My husband loved it.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
My husband adores salmon and I am always looking for new ways to prepare it. He absolutely loved this dish, I prepared it pretty much as the recipe called using a little less dijon mustard. Neither of us found it overpowering.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2007
Whenever I make this recipe it is a sure fire hit. The only thing I do differently is use about 2/3 of the cream cheese and 1/3 sour cream.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
This really surprised me. The only thing I altered was I used chicken thighs instead of breasts and added a half bag of frozen corn about half way through the cooking process. It was declicious and easy, I will definately make it again.

Vodka Soup with Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
I was pretty excited about this recipe and ended up a little disappointed. It was ok but a little thin for my tastes. I think if I make it again I will use cream instead of half and half.

Excellent cold weather soup. I followed the recipe but I can see where it would be open for interpretation based on what you have on hand.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
This was just ok. The flavors didn't seem to mesh real well with the fish. We ate it but I doubt I will make it again.
