Oven-Roasted Asparagus
I love this - I've always enjoyed asparagus out at restaurants, but had never made it at home. I've made it many times now as per the recipe, and it's great!

Grandma's Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
I was really hoping that this would be great, but I felt it was bland. It wasn't horrible, just not my thing I guess. I won't be making it again.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Dijon Sauce
I thought it was just OK. I didn't have pork tenderloin, so I used chicken breasts instead. If I make it again, I would definitely up the dijon mustard, add more garlic, and like another reviewer mentioned, throw in some red pepper flakes or something. It seemed kind of bland to me
