Very good and easy. I increased the onion to 1/2 cup, using green onions for the additional 1/4 cup. I also increased the garlic to 1 teaspoon.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2001
Can use bone-in chicken breast halves. Use size pan according to how many breast using. After browning (you do not have to brown if in a hurry), brush breast with teriyaki - I use the rule of -- 1 Tblsp. dressing per breast (I used a jalapeno ranch) - one green onion per breast - cheese over top of breast. I omitted the bacon. Last 10-15 minutes, I added quartered tomatoes and partially cooked asparagus. Great recipe and all my family cooks are now using it.

Fresh Pear Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2001
This pie was a great hit with my family. I did add a half cup of cranraisins and sliced one green apple into the pie. Also I used Spendor which is a sugar substitute that you use the same amount that the recipe calls for.
