This was a good receipe, but not nessarily great. I think the onions made it drop a star. It tasted like a normal hamburger. I guess if it was grilled outside on a pit, it would have tasted better. I used the George Forman Grill.

Pasta Lasagna

This was a good receipe. The top layer of the pasta harden when in the oven. Next time I might wrap with foil before placing it in the oven.

Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

This was a great receipe. It seemed like it needed a little more salt. Other then that I think it was great! I also tried to make the gravy, but it was looking awful so I decided not to use the gravy as mentioned in the receipe. Using the fat from the meat was not my idea of making gravy in my opinion.

Baked Chicken and Stuffing

This was a good receipe. I read everyone's input of changing some ingrediants. I added a little water and had it covered the whole time and added some carrats and brocolli. It did come out a little watery, so I guess either I should uncover for half the time or put no water. I was a little afraid not to broil the chicken before placing it in the oven, but the chicken cooked well by just placing the raw chicken in the oven. This was good and my husband and I enjoyed it.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas
