Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2005
I added a cup of water to the bottom and some kitchen bouquet and this made a very moist beef and great gravy. Thanks for the recipe. Lisa

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2001
This was a great recipe. My husband and I really enjoyed it. I did as people said and only mixed half of the feta in and kept the rest to sprinkle on the top of the dish. I also added a small amount of garlic salt and basil and it was wonderful. Will definitely make this again.

Baked Mushrooms

This sidedish was really great. My husband kept raving about it. I used 2 Tbsp. of Dried Parsley instead of fresh and it was still so delicious and full of flavor.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2001
My husband loved this. I did alot of the extras that everyone recommended, a little Italian Bread Crumbs, a little Parmesan Cheese and a little Garlic Powder added and I cut the butter in half. This was so good. I highly recommend it to anyone who usually does Shake-N-Bake. Great recipe Heather. Thank you. Lisa

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2000
This recipe was really good. My husband really liked it. I used 4 tsp. dried basil instead of fresh and a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh to make it easier and it was still excellent. Great, light flavor.
