This was good, but not great--I didn't have panko, so used plain bread crumbs. That might have made the difference between "good" and "delicious." It was definitely easy!

Healthier Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This is a very fresh tasting sauce and the meatballs are good. Before adding the meatballs, crush any whole tomatoes that have not broken down.

Turkey Potato Supper

This was excellent! I used it to deal with Thanksgiving leftovers. Instead of making the crust with potato flakes, I used real left over mashed potatoes and added only one egg.

This was great! Good company dish. If you have leftovers of sauce and meat, cube the meat, mix with sauce and serve over noodles.

Delicious! Does need a bit more sauce than called for in the recipe. I used all ham because I didn't have ground pork on hand, and we were in the middle of a snow storm here in Maine!

Baked Haddock

Delicious. Like many, I baked the fillets on a rack. Added garlic powder and lemon zest. OK with less butter/margarine. I will use this again.

Key Lime Pie VII

This was a real hit both times we've served it. I used less of the condensed milk--just 2 cans-- no fat milk and low fat sour cream are fine substitutes. One of our guests had spent time in the Keys and said this was better than the pies he had enjoyed there.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Easy and delicious! And healthy to boot... I had some juice from the pre-cooked breasts I bought at the grocery store. I added that and a splash of white wine. We'll make this again. And again. And again.
