Pork Tenderloin with Tomato and Pepper Sauce

WOW, was this spicy! I used 1 tsp. of pepper and 1 tsp. salt, and I think next time I would only use 1/2 tsp. pepper. But, it was very, very tasty and healthy, so I'll use this recipe again for sure, with some modifications.

Chicken Stir-Fry

This was absolutely delicious! My family loved it. Used cauliflower instead of broccoli. Added some salt and pepper while frying veggies. Served over brown rice. THANK YOU ALLRECIPES.COM, I CAN COOK LIKE A PRO BECAUSE OF THIS SITE!

No Bake Cookies III

These are my all-time favorite dessert. I make these once a week and I'm not exaggerating. We call them "Globs" What I've found after making them MANY times is to use 1/2 cup baking cocoa and only 5 Tbsp. of butter. I let the mixture boil for 2 min. before removing from heat to add the rest of ingredients. Just make sure to have the peanut butter already measured out so you don't have to fuss with that when you're in a hurry. These are the best!!

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cake

This was better than I expected it to be! Very, very moist and tasty. What a great recipe to have on-hand!! I made it in 9x13 and it took about 30 minutes.

Very good...I didn't have any beer in the fridge, so left it out. Also, I waited till the last 1/2 hour to add the beans so they didn't have that weird, bloated texture I find occurs when they cook too long.

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

Well, as my grandma would say, "They ain't nothin' to brag about!" the cupcakes tasted more boring than a plain piece of bread. The frosting didn't improve them enough to make me ever want to make these again.

Cheesy Spaghetti Bake

This is a very good recipe for just regular ol' comfort food. It's good for leftovers and the kids like it. I used evaporated milk instead of regular and added a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and minced garlic to the meat during browning. I also think next time I'll use more noodles than the recipe calls for, but that's just personal preference for noodle to meat ratio. I've made this a few times now and will again in the future I'm sure. Thank you!!

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

YUM! I didn't have lemon juice, so I used orange. Also, used about 3/4 cup of teriyaki, instead of 1 cup. Only took an hour and a half of marinating for juicy, flavorful results!!

Easy Peach Cobbler

If using fresh peaches, don't add water!! I only used about 1/2 cup and I had a lake of liquid after taking the first piece out of the pan. I drained the pan three times and it was still soupy. This tasted good, not exceptional. Also, I had to bake it about 15 minutes longer than stated in recipe. I wish I wouldn't have used so many of my fresh Colorado peaches on this recipe. It would be a good recipe for canned peaches and very easy to make, if you don't want a fussy recipe.

Marinated Chicken Breasts

Very, very good! I didn't have horseradish, but I used a little vinegar. Also minced garlic instead of powder. I made two boneless skinless breasts and six big legs and there was plenty of marinade...could've probably gotten by with less. Kids liked this too!

Lemon Blueberry Bread

This was well worth squatting in the 90+ degree heat with a headache while getting my legs all scratched up to pick wild blueberries!! I almost didn't put the walnuts in, but I'm glad I did! It was cake-like and we loved it!

This recipe was very good. I didn't have a problem with the cook time...took 33 minutes for 9x13 pan. It had a rich chocolate flavor with a very slight hint of coffee. The texture was a little on the dry side. I made it for my dad for Father's Day....he's extremely picky, but he loved it and went back for seconds and thirds! I used the Mocha Icing recipe from this site, which upped the coffee flavor even more! Thanks!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

This recipe sounded good, but no one in my family of 4 liked it. The only thing I changed was not adding the butter, but I don't think that addition would've improved the flavor at all. I would've rather eaten a plain baked potato. My husband, who usually likes everything, didn't like this very much.

AWESOME!! I, too, baked for 15 min. at 425, mainly because I didn't have four hours to freeze before frying, but we loved them so much, I don't know that I would fry them next time either! I only had cheddar cheese at home, and it tasted great!
