My favorite things to cook
I love cooking anything that makes someone else smile when they eat it. I particularly enjoy cooking dishes that are heavy with vegetables, because I think the colors are lovely.

Black Bean Rice Burgers
These were delicious - my husband and I ate them on english muffins instead of hamburger buns, which seemed to add a nice flavor.
