I don't make homemade bread very often. I usually settle for it in my bread machine but am very glad that I tried this one. It turned out AWESOME! I did follow some of the other reviews and used less sugar than called for. I only used 1/4 cup instead of the 2/3 cup it called for and it really worked out well by giving it not too sweet of a taste and came out very light and "fluffy". Before baking, I also brushed some melted butter on top to help it give a nice golden and buttery crust. I could actually taste the butter too! I will definetly make this again! I did although have to let the dough rise longer than said when it was in the pans. It had to sit for almost 45 minutes before it was ready to go in the oven. All in all this was a good recipe and will definetly make again.
