Great recipe. I used horseradish mustard instead of regular mustard, and added a little paprika. This recipe is a winner.

Tuna Curry in a Hurry

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2011
Great recipe. I used low fat yogurt instead of sour cream, added mushrooms, an extra clove of garlic, and a lot of crushed red pepper. It was spicy, just the way I like it. Great idea.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
I enjoyed this recipe, especially how easy & quick to make it is. However I do like my Key lime just a little more tart, next time I'm going with a full cup of key lime juice.

Baked Potato Skins

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
Good recipe I also made these for a New Years party and they came out great. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I also used a mixture of pepper jack and cheddar to spice them up a bit. I will absolutely make these again. I totally agree baking the potatoes in the oven is the way to go.

Tater Crisp Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
It didn't come out as crispy as I would have liked it to be. But it was still good. I'll probably just continue to bake my chicken like normal.

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
Now that we've realized how easy it is to make, and SOO MUCH better tasting I'll never buy store bought again. Next time I think I'll substitute a little of the white sugar for brown. Fantastic recipe!

Fantastic recipe! Thank you! I didn't use cornstarch and I used the chicken broth cubes and it still came out great.

Super easy delicious recipe. Thanks! I sauted the onions and garlic, then I put all of this over mashed potatoes. With some green beans a complete and easy tasty dinner.

Turkey Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
Great recipe! I added garlic, peas, turkey broth instead of chicken bouillon. It was good but it's still missing something. I think next time I will try adding feta cheese.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

I liked the eggs in this salad. I didn't have celery or celery salt even though still good without, it would have been better with. Next time I'll add more mustard.

I added a clove of garlic and a little cumin. Pretty Tasty. However I feel like it's still missing a little something to give it a zing.

Chicken and Bacon Fajitas

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
These were excellent. We used a little parsley & lemon juice instead of the cilantro and it came out wonderful. I put salsa on mine and cheese would have been great. Will defiantly make again.

Feta Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
I forgot to add the garlic until after the potatoes were done I made the mistake of using garlic powder first instead of just putting in some jarred garlic. I would have probably liked this recipe more had I had fresh garlic. I used more than 4oz of feta. More like 8 oz. and I liked that. Instead of using heavy whipping cream we used half & half and a little butter. I enjoyed these potatoes even though I changed the recipe a bit, but it isn't my favorite & I probably won't make it again in the near future but probably will eventually.

Meaty Stuffed Onions

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
I used slices of fresh bread instead of day old bread, and the first time I made this I forgot to add the egg, but it still turned out wonderful. I took it to a crowded party And was asked for the recipe by at least 7 different people one of which was a caterer who said they were one of the best things she's ever eaten. I'd like to try this recipe with red and green peppers or inside a tomato next time. I've only gotten compliments on this recipe, even a friend of mine who is usually extremely picky & doesn't like to try new things enjoyed them. A little time consuming, but totally worth it. I highly recommend!
