Easy Italian Chicken

Yummy! Served this with potato pancakes. The blandness of the pancakes is a good offset to the spicy chicken. I used legs only since I don't like thighs and used jarred minced garlic.

Cabbage on the Grill

Minnesota Pork Chops

This was really good. My fiance loved it. I didn't have any wild rice, so I used a box of Zatarans New Orleans Style Long grain & Wild rice. I also used the seasoning packet that came with it. We were glad we did. It probably would have been too bland for use otherwise. Very good. We will try it again.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This recipe was excellent. I too had way too much breading after cutting it down. Next time I will freeze half before rolling the chicken in it. This was easy and the chicken was moist and delicious. My boyfriend raved about it!

Easy Ham and Noodles

Very easy and good too. I would grate the cheese next time, mine did not melt as well as I would have liked. My boyfriend liked it too. Suggested that maybe next time we could put cracker or bread crumbs on top before baking. The recipes says that is serves 4, but we didn't think that it was enough for 4 people and we aren't large eaters.

Pork Chop and Cabbage Casserole

This was really good. I cut the recipe in half since there is just two of us. It worked out well. I used milk with the soup rather than water, I also used cream of mushroom. I added pepper and garlic powder when I was layering the cabbage and potatoes. I also sprinkled salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the chops before I browned them. I used cooking spray rather than oil. Our chops were a bit dry, but not too bad. I think next time I would either cover the dish to prevent the chops from drying out, or pour the soup over the top of the chops too.

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms

This was a very tasty recipe. I used liberal amounts of the spices. We had it over brown rice with steamed asparagus. Very Good Dinner!
