About this Cook
Happily married to DH for more than 5 1/2 years and we have three beautiful children: DS(5), DD(3), DSD(16). I also work full time.
My cooking tragedies
I always think of this one time when I made BBQ ribs for my Dad's birthday when I was around 16 or 17.....well I wasn't very experienced with grilling and they caught on fire....these things were burnt so bad that even the bone crumbled when touched. Thank goodness I've never burnt something quick like that again. =)

Easy Italian Chicken
Yummy! Served this with potato pancakes. The blandness of the pancakes is a good offset to the spicy chicken. I used legs only since I don't like thighs and used jarred minced garlic.

Cabbage on the Grill
Loved this. I add a pat of Reduced Cal Butter to it too. This is great with any BBQ. My boyfriend loves it too.

Minnesota Pork Chops
This was really good. My fiance loved it. I didn't have any wild rice, so I used a box of Zatarans New Orleans Style Long grain & Wild rice. I also used the seasoning packet that came with it. We were glad we did. It probably would have been too bland for use otherwise. Very good. We will try it again.
