Absolutely delicious, i didnt have any cloves on hand so I simply ommitted them. A word to the bakers not having success, I found the trick to getting light fluffy cookies with a little crunch is to whip the butter first, then whip the sugar eggs etc into the butter (an electric mixer is perfect for the job. Use the mixer to blend in the flour. gently fold in the oats and raisins. For plump raisins, soak in hot water for 10 minutes prior to adding them, then drain well and add to your cookies. Bake for 8-9minutes (using a tablespoon measurement for sizing) at 350. Delicious!!! Ive never seen cookies disappear so fast!!!!
