Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

I served this at a potluck, separating the potatoes from the other ingredients (which I combined over medium-low heat on the stove until the cheese melted); the potatoes I cooked in a skillet with the 2 tbsp butter. *I separated them because I wanted to give people the option to add the cheese sauce or leave it out. It was a big hit - at least six people asked me for the recipe.

Baked Corn I

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

If you're serving these potatoes with something salty, add the sugar, and it makes a nice change for the palate... otherwise delete the sugar. Either way, you'll have a hit on your hands.

Strawberry Jam

Delishious. Make sure to heat to the required temp, or jam will be runny. Comes out of the freezer well too.

This a great for when you're in the mood to have a little fun with your breakfast. However, I would not serve it above three times a year, it would get old very quickly if it was a commonplace meal.

Beef and Biscuit

The taste was too conflicting for my husband and I. All the separate pieces are nice, but mixed together like this, was too complicated for the tastebuds.
