Red Bean Salad with Feta and Peppers

Absoutely the best salad I have ever made!! It has become a favorite of my boating friends because you can make it up the night before you go to the lake and it tastes even better the next day!! Thumbs up Daylene !!!!!

Aussie Chicken

Whenever my boyfriend and his buddies go out playing on their four wheelers for the day I try to cook them a delicious meal when they come home. They ususally become my personal guinea pigs before I serve a dish to family. They all loved this!!! I wish I had made enough for seconds for the hungry fella's!! I don't know why people complain about the time it takes- I didn't find it that time consuming. I made a slight mistake and cooked the bacon before I put it on the breast, but I am sure I will do the same thing again. It was as much of a hit around here as this great site is!!! Thanks!

Butternut Squash Soup

I had squash left over in the fridge and didn't know what to do with it. I scanned the site for a fast and easy reciepe and stumbled upon this one. I am so glad I did, my kids loved it! We don't really care too much for squash on its own but I can see this soup becoming a weekly "must-have". I took it to work and everyone raved about it as well. THANKS!!!
