Burrito Pie
Use only 1.25 lb of chop meat, black beans instead of refried, one hot and spicy taco mix, hot green chilis (small can), less taco sauce than called for. PREPARE ON MONDAY NIGHT SO CAN BE EATEN ALL WEEK

Out of this World Turkey Brine
started turkey in brine the tuesday night before t-day. wed. night removed turkey from brine, dried with paper towels, and let sit (uncovered) to dry out. took out turkey wed. morning, used butter rosemary oliveoil mixture and coated skin and under skin. put in oven (covered with water/bouilliion) at the bottom of the pan) at 500 degrees for 30 minutes, then reduced to 325 for 2.5 hours then for remaining 45 minutes cooked uncovered at 400. YUM. the meat was tender - it fell of the bird practically. AWESOME.
