it was OK. If i made it again I would try grinding up the sourkraut & mixing everything together.

Beef Stroganoff III

Good, I would try with ground beef. I did add worchestershire sauce & cream cheese. I did not have beef broth so I used 2 boulions & water. Used cornstarch not flour.

Chili-Flavored Turkey Stew With Hominy and Tomatoes
