Golden Chicken Tenders

Using Chicken Tenders makes this a quick and easy meal. I did add a little sage and McCormick's Perfect Pinch Savory to the chicken pieces before putting the dressing on top. I served it with broccoli flowerettes, mashed potatoes & gravy, and with cranberries on the side. Was almost like an "everyday Thanksgiving" dinner. I'll certainly make this again.

Country Fried Chicken

This fried chicken recipe was fabulous. Thank you for sharing it. I just used drum sticks, as I didn't have any thighs, and I added 1/4 C unseasoned Panko (japanese style breadcrumbs) which I crushed before adding to the flour mixture. I dusted the drummies once before adding the Panko, before putting them in the egg mixture. I browned them in hot oil, then turned the heat way down to medium low, turning periodically until the internal temperature reached 180 degrees. Then I brought the heat up a bit to make sure the coating would be nice and crunchy. My husband loved them and said to make this again. I will!!

Hearty Jambalaya

I made this wonderful Jambalaya last night, and it was absolutely delicious. I used all three meats - chicken, shrimp, and a combination venison-pork sausage, made by KountryBoys, which has a bit of spice to it, so it went very well with this dish. I doubled the quantity of shrimp, because I like it so much. I didn't have much rice in the house, so I used some orzo pasta as well. My husband said it was perfect. Just the right amount of spice.

Buzzsaw's BBQ Sauce

We had smoked some baby back pork ribs using applewood chips, and I didn't want to use either hickory or mesquite smoked BBQ sauce, so I tried this. WOW!! My husband said it was as close as he has every tasted to a BBQ recipe from his younger days. Only problem . . .he said we won't be buying BBQ sauce anymore . . .he just wants me to make this one. Absolutely a 5 Star recipe. Thank you.

Prime Rib

Excellent! Thank you. My Prime Rib Dinner was a huge success with the meat a perfect medium rare, edge to edge. Now I can make this "dining out" meal at home for those special occasions.

Kielbasa and Cabbage

I've made this twice now, and it's been absolutely delicious both times. Perhaps that's why it only made 3 servings. I may never cook Polish sausage or kielbasa any other way again. Thank you!
