Five Flavor Pound Cake I

I am a baker in Los Angeles and I make this cake for my customers and they just love it. If you don't grease the pan properly it will stick so that is most important. When I make it I alternate the flavors. I use vanilla, Maple, banana, coconut and butter. Or I use butter, lemon, vanilla, almond and coconut. Thanks for this recipe!!

Kentucky Butter Cake

O.k here is the skinny on this wonderful cake. One of the best glazed cake ever. I made it a butter rum cake by adding 3 teaspoons of rum plus the vanilla to the cake. I added 1 tablespoon of rum to the glaze after I removed it from the stove. I also made a final glaze to go on top of the cake. I made the same glaze on the recipe but I mixed in 3 to 5 tablespoons of powder sugar and rum to taste to the glaze after I removed it from the stove.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

This is absolutely the best chocolate cake ever. If you follow the directions it is fool proof. My customers devour it every time I make it. I make it with a White Chocolate Butter Cream Icing and it is the perfect mixture. Icing: One cup of butter (cold) approximately a half of bag of white chocolate melted in 2 (tbls)of whipping cream,beat together.Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 1/2 cups of powder sugar or enough until thick.

Cashew Crickle Candy

I don't know what Crickle is but I use this recipe to make the world's best Cashew,Peanut and Pecan Brittle known to mankind. This is absolutely the best brittle receipe ever.

Pork and Black Bean Stew

This was a wonderful stew and I really am not a stew eater. I made it one evening to serve for lunch the next day and I had two bowls of it before I went to bed. I could not put it down.

Seven-Up™ Pound Cake

I have made this cake over 10 times and everyone loves it. It is the best tasting pound cake ever. The key is to remove from the pan after about 2 minutes because it will stick if you let it sit.

This is a very good pound cake. it has the same ingredients of the 7-up pound cake with the exception of the milk for 7-up and all of the flavors. I did add a pinch of salt to the flour mixture. Excellent, thanks a lot.

Eggnog Cheesecake I

I am giving this recipe a 5 because my customers loved it. I on the other hand thought the rum flavor was a bit overpowering. However, I did use a very strong rum from Trinidad. Next time I will half the rum and it should be much better.

Chocolate Cheesecake

This is a very goo cheesecake. I made it exactly with the exception I used a granola instead of graham crackers because that was all that I had and it is great according to my customers, I don't eat chocolate.

I made this chili month's ago and I forgot to rate it. This is absolutely the best chili that I have ever had. A lot of work but it is worth it in every bite. It also freezes well too.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am a baker who sells bake goods at local farmer's markets. I use to make the old Mrs. Field's Chocolate chip cookies until I made these and my customer's went nuts. So this is it. These are the only ones I'll make now. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe.

The absolute best cake ever. Although I do not eat chocolate my customers loooovvvvveee this one. Thanks for posting. I use a 72% dark Belgian chocolate which makes it very decadent.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Apple Spice Cake

This cake is wonderful. I made it twice, first i soaked my apples in rum then I substituted walnuts for the raisins. I made to first one sugar free using xylitol and the second one I made gluten free using a rice flour mixture. This is a really good cake.
