Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
This is one recipe that will please them all. ... here are my variations... I used 1 cup of brown sugar instead of white... 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of sour cream in place of the buttermilk... and used white whole wheat flour. Also used Raisin Bran (slightly crushed). Everybody from 1 1/2 yrs. old to 90 year old loved them... Stupid dog even ate a couple off the counter while they were cooling... hahaha! Definitely a great recipe... Thanks so much!

Absolutely the most versatile recipe! I have made these several times and never exactly the same... except the basic dough... sometimes I add raisins or Heath chips or Mini M & M's.. that is my grandchildren's favorite... Definitely a great cookie!!

I love rhubarb but do not care for this... The coconut does not go with it.... The crust is tasteless.

Very simple and very good. I made mini muffins with mini chocolate chips. They baked in less than half the time and were loved by all.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
Absolutely the best and easiest muffins to make. I made one batch with the topping and no cupcake liners, and one batch without the topping and used cupcake liners. Both were excellent and got rave reviews from the family. I had to hide 2 to take to Grandma and Grandpa - they loved them too.

Maybe I had bad brussels sprouts but this did not have any sweet taste at all... I prefer to chop them up and saute in a pay. Sorry

Very, very light - Not really like a frosting but very cool whip tasting... the grandchildren loved it and I felt good using this on cupcakes for them... not so, so sweet.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
Unbelievable that zucchini is even in here... I had my doubts when I was mixing this up... It seemed too dry... but it was perfect when I added the zucchini. Yummy, Yummy, the frosting was perfect.... I always add the milk little by little when adding it to powdered sugar especially in frostings ... that way you don't let it get too thin. Thanks so much for the best zucchini brownie recipe ever!

This was excellent. I followed the recipe exactly only halved it. Used Canola Oil for my vegetable oil - and white raisins. Will definitely make again. Thank you.
