Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2013
Awesome. Don't hanged a thing. But let the peanut butter mixture set in the fridge for a little bit before you pour the chocolate into it.

Simple Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
These are pretty spicy, but so good! Don't change a thing, and it's no big deal if you don't have cucumber.

Just like my Mom used to make, so creamy and good.

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
Really tasty, though I add vanilla and sugar. Be sure your pan stays coated with a thin layer of oil to avoid sticking. You want the pan on the hot side of medium high. Pour batter onto pan while rotating in a circle to cover the entire bottom with batter.

Guinness® Corned Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
Amazing. Make sure all meat is submerged, or rotate it because exposed parts will get bitter. Do add a bit of water and beef stock.

Spinach Basil Pesto

Really easy, restaurant quality. Never make with pine nuts and it's still to die for. Great on pasta.

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
So so good! I use margarine, and less of it. I add frozen peas, chopped green onions, and garlic salt/powder. So delicious!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
It was ok. I have had way better at a restaurant, so I think that has ruined this recipe for me. Otherwise I;m sure it's a dececnt one as far as price goes etc.

Oatmeal Waffles

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
So good! I make these about once a week. I double the sugar and vanilla. I recently added a tablespoon of coacoa powder to make a chocolatey variation. It was great too!

Country Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Prett good. I listened to suggestions and I topped the casserole with pan-browned hash browns. This dish turned out great. Try using reduced fat sausage.

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
This was so good!! I didn't do anything differently, except add some beef broth so the meat was covered. It turned out with just the right amount of spice. Served it on hogies. What a simple and excellent recipe!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
This was very good! A lot better than I expected it to be. I am not a huge fan of vegetarian meals, but I really thought this had good substance without meat. I made half of it with ground beef for my boyfriend. Next time I think I will try it with alfredo sauce, and maybe grilled chicken.

Decent. I make so much chicken it is getting increasingly hard to impress me.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
Not half bad...though not as good as I hoped. It turned out a little dryer than I expected it too. Maybe that was because of the beer. I might try it again sometime.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
It's hard making chicken my boyfriend like, but he loved this recipe. It turned out moist and flavorful. You have to marinate it for at least 6 hours, I think, for the flavor to truly set in.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
This was very good. I only gave it three stars because it wasn't as good as I anticipated. Probably because, like others, I thought it was a bit too salty. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce, but next time I will definitely use that. It was great over white rice, and I also added frozen peas to the rice as it was steaming. Turned out yummy.

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Liked this a lot. It has a grilled/smokey taste to it, but probably because of the steak seasoning I used. I only tweaked a couple things. I didn't use sugar, and I added a bit more steak seasoning and half and half. That's it. So easy, amd it turned out great!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Perfect, restaurant quality!! I have never made something this good before. I made it exactly the way that it says. People that say it is too mustardy are using the wrong mustard I am sure! There is actually something in the store called 'prepared Dijon mustard', so get that. Do NOT use regular 'prepared mustard' that is that cheap yellow stuff, and I am sure that will ruin your dish! I served this over pasta, and was very impressed! Thanks for this great guest-pleasing recipe.

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
I would really give this 4.5 stars because my boyfriend liked it more than I did. It is mild, and fresh tasting. I used frozen broccoli. Very easy. Cover it with foil when you bake it for sure.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Yummy! This is a good one. I followed the recipe exactly the first time, exept I was in a hurry and I skipped the oven part all together. I think it is pretty unnecessary. I took the meat out, mixed in the BBQ sauce, and put it right on a bun! I am making this again as we speak, and this time I added a little bit of cola to the beef broth before putting in the pork. We'll see...
