Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Excellent recipe!!! This is the first pancake recipe I ever tried making. I will never look for another. For those of us who like to break down a large recipe like this one here are the proportions: 0.3 cups milk and 1.2 Tbs butter per egg. Also I found that I can make big beautiful thick pancakes by using a cooking them individually in a small nonstick pan using about a 3rd cup per cake. I like to sub some whole wheat flour. I use a little extra sugar, salt and butter.

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
I didn't have all the ingredients, so I made few changes. It still turned out really good. I'm sure if I had followed the recipe more closely it would have been even better.

Rutabaga Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2007
I give this one star for effort. My husband and I agreed that this is the worst recipe I've tried. I think the rutabaga would have been better plain than fixed like this. My husband never tried rutabaga before and I doubt that he will want to try it again for a long time.
