Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2009
I have made this dish many, many times now & it is great. My husband likes it & he is not big on cream sauces & our son loves it. He would probably eat this every night if he could. The only things I do differently, is to use whole milk instead of heavy cream; since I always have that in my fridge. If the sauce seems thin just mix cornstarch in some water & add small amounts of that in until you get the consistency that you want; just like making gravy :) I will also add mushrooms or some type of vegetable on occasion; depending on what I have in my kitchen, but I always use the Sweet Italian Sausage.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2007
I prepare this recipe thru step 2 & instead of cooking it in the oven I make it into popcorn balls. This is a great recipe to add small candies to. To quote 1 of my sons friends. Excellent!

A Number One Egg Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2007
I cut this recipte in half & completely cooked this in my bread machine. Used bread the next day for French Toast. Really good. I also froze left over French Toast & these toast up really well in a toaster for a quick school morning/work breakfast.

Corn Casserole III

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2007
Talk about a easy recipe. Just mix everything together & pour into the pan. This is a little sweet to me but my husband & 12 yr old son loved it & told me not to change a thing. I did add an egg to this as others suggested.

Chicken and Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2007
Excellent. I used chicken tenders instead of breasts. Since other people said it came out soupy I drained the greenbeans & did not cover it while it was baking & I had no problems. Looked great & tasted even better. I also add mushrooms when I make this.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
These are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever made. I have made these a few times now. My husband & son both love them. The first time I made them they came out doughy in the middle, so I turned the heat down on my oven by about 25 degrees. :)
