I love to cook and bake. I enjoy making meals for my friends and family and have become a pretty good cook over the years. I have recently stopped eating meat which has drastically changed my cooking style. I've found some great recipes on allrecipes that work for my diet and I love it. I have a Polish background so I especially enjoy cooking Polish meals, but mostly around the holidays. Unless you grow up around this type of food you tend not to like it too much. The two best recipes I have ever made have come from allrecipes.com they are bruchetta chicken, and swiss chicken casserole. Every time I have made these people have asked for the recipes. I get very embarassed when I serve a meal that people do not like.I find that certain recipes, even if they are reviewed well, depend alot on your own personal taste and it's importnant to take that into consideration when you are preparing meals.
