Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Hubby LOVED this. As with the other reviews, I put the glaze on the top instead of the bottom. I used very little brown sugar in the glaze, probably only about 1/8C, a couple squeezes of ketsup (not much was left), so I subbed with steak sauce and hot sauce, and it turned out awesome! Also, whoever put the trick with the bread at the bottom of the pan was a genius! I had one piece, and it was moist and delicious and not greasy at all. The rest, hubby ate :)

Cherry-Blueberry Pie
This was good, and better than the average cherry pie. I love the depth the cinnamon gives to it (I added more than the recipe called for b/c we love it in everything). I also zested some lemon into the filling mix, which my husband really liked. I think next time though I would add a little more cornstarch. It's not runny or anything, just a personal preference.

M-M-M-M-M-M Mumbles
I made this for a work potluck and it got rave reviews! A really great fall treat! I did modify it a little bit. For the filling, I only used 1/4C white sugar. I used apple cider instead of water, and replaced the lemon juice (which I didn't have) with apple cider vinegar. Also, I used about half golden raisins and half regular raisins and I think it really made a difference! Just sweet enough! Oh, and since everyone said it was getting too crumbly, I sprayed a little apple cider on the base layer after pressing it into the pan. It was still a bit crumbly, but it stayed together enough for people to pick it up with their hands and take a bite. Great recipe!
