Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

this is really good. I love the salty/sweet combo and it's versatile, can be used with any flavor. I used orange and added mandarin oranges for Christmas and everyone loved it.

Mint Buttercream Frosting With Dark Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
this is a good start to a great frosting. It was a little too crunchy for my tastes so I added extra milk and vanilla pudding (because that's all I had on hand) to make it creamier. Next time I would probably use whipped topping.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
Very good!! This is the best CHCH cookie recipe I've tried out of the top 5-6 I've tried on this site. I have no idea why some would call it "cakey" They must be doing something wrong. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfect.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
Not that great. I'd say this is a basic PB cookie recipe. It wasn't bad just not it's hyped up to be. It's not chewy or soft, it got crunchy and hard quickly. I'll keep looking.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
EH, just so-so. I prefer my cookies chewy and soft and these were soft but not really chewy but not cakey either, very in between. They taste good, my kids loved them but that's not saying much. Oh and they were crunchy the next day, not even the next day, I made them at night and they were crunchy in the morning and yes I stored them correctly. I'll keep looking....

English Walnut Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
This is very good! I used walnuts and liked it but some people said they'd prefer pecans but said it was still good with walnuts. It's the perfect sweetness and a terrific texture. Definitely a keeper.

Custard Bread Pudding

I have my own bread pudding recipe but I use this custard recipe. It's great!! I think bread pudding is not complete w/o custard and this is the PERFECT custard to fit any bread pudding. Thanks for sharing.

Pudding Poke Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
This is okay, not exactly a genious idea but it's easy and fun and does taste good. It's good for family but like others said it's not really guest appropriate. Great for kids though and fun to play with different combos.

Wedding Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
I would only call this cake so-so. It wasn't very very difficult to make but it was more time consuming than other cakes I usually make. It was somewhat bland, I like to sometimes eat cake without a frosting but this is not one I could do that ith. It's texture was funny to, it was almost crunchy like angel food cake. I won't make this again.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
This is really great pizza crust!! It's not the easiest or quickest to prepare but it tastes really good. It doesn't have that "homemade" taste other recipes Ive tried had. I made it in a 13x9" glass pan as a deep dish and it turned out really really good. (I had a little extra dough so I made a 13x9 AND an 8x8) There was enough to feed the whole family, 6 of us, and we usually order 2 larges when we order pizza.

Best Moist Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
This recipe was really REALLY bad. I followed the recipe exactly. When it came out of the oven I was really excited because it looked beautiful but when it came to eating it.. it tasted bland, the texture was crumbly.
