Upside Down Pizza
I did not enjoy this recipe as written, so I took and ran with the main idea behind it: pizza. I cooked fresh sliced mushrooms and a chopped green bell pepper along with the ground beef/onion/garlic. Then I stirred in 1 can of pizza sauce (instead of spaghetti sauce), some pepperoni, and some black olives. Baked it for 30 minutes and yea! Itsa supreme!
