Excellent recipe - we've served it with vanilla ice cream, the vanilla sauce, maple syrup, and a bourbon sauce (instead of vanilla, add 2-3 Tbsp of good bourbon to this sauce) - and we can't decide which we like best! One note: I've used a full 2 cups of milk each time, which makes it very moist.
