Rosemary Roasted Turkey
Outstanding recipe! I often use this to prepare a turkey breast before I put it in the slow cooker (cut all ingredients in half). Just excellent. Occasionally, to change it up a bit, I leave out the basil & Italian seasoning - and add a pinch or two of sugar and cayenne pepper. Seems to work with the garlic and rosemary. I also use this "rub" on pork roasts - thanks so much for a great recipe!
