This was very a very pleasing meal. My changes were to use puff pastry, I sauted the spinach first with 1 tsp chopped garlic, and I steamed the chicken breasts, (after pounding them with my tenderizer), in white wine for a few minutes. I baked longer, for about 30 minutes. My husband really loved it!
