Delicious and easy to make! For those who want to spare a few calories but don't want to bake it try this: Turn the temp down lower, and in stead of frying it in canola oil, spray just a bit of cooking spray on the pan, then before you flip it spray the edges of the fish, where they're less likely to touch the pan. I did this, and it turned out delicious, crispy, flaky, and was really easy to make. Thanks for the great recipe!!
