Cheddary Artichoke Snacks

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Really, Really, Really good. I followed this to a tee. The kids loved it. The husband loved it. And I loved it. The best part was you knew and felt as if you were eating something really healthy for you and for your kids and they were enjoying it not complaining about it. Will make again and again.

One Dish Vegetarian Dinner

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This was good. But I had to add alot more garlic than it called for and that made it better. It tasted fine but overall seemed to be just a bit too boring. I will try it again and tweek it a bit.

Tropical Tuna Melts

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
My kids were skeptical. But they loved them. The only thing we all didn't like is that in the time to cook the celery was still raw. We had to add alot more mayo too otherwise they would have been way to dry. They needed salt and pepper otherwise they were kinda bland. But overall we will make again. Loved it.

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

Superb!!!!! I didn't use real slice parm cheese. So it didn't melt. I just used the shakable stuff and it was still really good. Will use meltable parm cheese next time.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This was good, but I wouldn't say it was great. Definitely needs more of everything. Also, needs salt and pepper and lots of it. We also added parmasan cheese, which made the dish. Otherwise it was pretty bland and dry. I also had to add more oil. I used turkey bacon doesn't make any grease. Maybe thats why. Thats my opinion on it anyway.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This was really good. altogether. However, without the taco sauce it would have been very bland. Next time I will play around with the ingredients a bit. It must taste yummy without the sauce or it just isnt a good enough recipe in my book.

Shari's Streusel Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
The taste was excellent. The recipe easy to follow. My only complaint was that in order to make a thick streusal cake we had to double the recipe. But thats easy. Great recipe. Will definitely make again and again.

Guacamole Cilantro Lime Cheeseburger

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Super good!!! The only thing I thought was that the guacamole was way to dry. I will try putting some mayo in it next time.. Don't know why that was. Otherwise the taste was amazing.

Swedish Meat Pies

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Someone made something like this for me after I had my baby, but it had chunks of potatoes in it. I like it both ways. Next time I'm going to try putting carrots and peas in it. I think you could do just about anything. really good.

The Best veggie burger I've ever eaten or made. They have one that I had at our local restaurant a few days ago and it tasted identical. I wonder if they stole the recipe.. lol

absolutely love it. Make it every week. I make varieties of it though. Like the last time we had it I added mushrooms. Once before I added roasted veggies. The kids beg me for it. As a matter of fact we're having it for breakfast tomorrow morning. Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe. Love it. !!!!

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
This is by far the best cornbread I have ever had. I dont use canned cream corn I make my own so thats what I did and I didnt have any store bought peppers but had anaheims that I grew myself and I just blanched them. There wasnt any heat.but thats ok there was a lot of flavor. I will always make this cornbread instead of the boring one that comes on the cornmeal package. And as for the other reviewers. I disagree it was not greasy at all. Maybe you have to use real butter not margarine. It was the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glorious Sponge Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
Fabulous!!!!! I just made this recipe. I did not have cake flour or lemon ingredients so I used all purpose flour 1 cup, 1 tbsp baking powder. For the lemon I used 1 tsp almond extract. I was looking for a sponge cake like the stores have. This is wonderful. I will try it with the lemon next time but they are great. I didnt even need sugar on my strawberries. The other thing I did was cooked them in a muffin pan for 20 min. Then used a small press from pampered chef to push the center down so that they were more like the stores. They are perfect. I will keep this in my recipe box and make again and again. Thank you for the recipe!!!!!

Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
My kids and I had it this for lunch and we all thought it was great. A couple of them thought it was missing something but not sure what. I left the sauce in the beans by accident and we all thought that made the sauce creamier. Overall really good!!!:)
