Paul's Pumpkin Bars

My daughter made a batch of these bars and brought them over last night. We all loved them and couldn't get enough of these delicious treats. Had to get this recipe. It's a keeper.

I made this for Christmas last year and it was beautiful. It's easy to remove the pomigranate seeds if you place it in a dish of water and remove the seeds underwater. This prevents them from popping out on the counter and floor. The red and green presentation of this salad is very elegant.

Chocolate Bar Pie II

This is one of my all time favorite pies, and I'm glad to see it on Allrecipes.com. Over the years I have taken it to many functions and always receive requests for the recipe. It is easy to prepare and sets up beautifully.

Swedish Meatballs

I too made this recipe a day ahead, and it turned out great. The meat balls stayed firmly together and very flavorful. There was no last minute preparation mess. This is a keeper. It received rave reviews from our guests,

Peppermint Eggnog Punch

I made this on Christmas Eve and loved it. It was really a hit, and the first ever punch to be polished off quickly at our house. There was no left-over dilema with this one. The Peppermint Ice Cream was pink and quite pretty.

Blueberry Blintz Souffle

This is a 5+ Star recipe. Our entire family loves it. I had Ricotta Cheese on hand instead of Cottage Cheese so substituted that. This was so good that I will make it exactly that way again for Christmas morning breakfast. I also substituted frozen blueberries for canned, and it was excellent. I can't wait to share this recipe with my holiday guests. Thanks for sharing with all of us.

Cornucopia

This was a striking centerpiece, filled with vegie crudites. We will definitely do this again. It's fun to do this with teenagers, as they enjoy the creative aspect of preparing food.

Coconut Pie

This is an excellent coconut pie. I made it exactly as directions specified, and it turned out perfect. It set up beautifully, and to our taste, the custard/coconut ratio was just right.

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

I have been searching for the perfect custard pie and I believe this is it. I made this pie for Thanksgiving dinner, along with three others, and it was everyone's favorite. It is a keeper. Thank you, Marles, for sharing this wonderful recipe.
