Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole

I think I've been invited to dinner several times, just to bring this dish! Every single person that has tried this, has LOVED it! Including all three of my picky eaters--who claim they don't like nuts or coconut. Excellent holiday recipe that none of your guests will forget! Yes, it is very sweet--that's what makes it a perfect "special occasion" dish!

Handsome Party Punch

I made this punch for a baby shower I hosted, it's the FIRST time ever that I ran out of punch! This was a HUGE hit! So easy and delicious! and I'm not usually a big fan of punch!

New England Clam Chowder I

This totally reminded me of the clam chowder I ate as a child when I lived in Vermont. We loved it! I did thicken with a flour/water paste and I also doubled the recipe--needed leftovers for lunch!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This is fantastic! Made it for my in-laws, they fought over leftovers! Wasn't sure about the Dijon mustare--glad I left it in--made a nice addition. Highly recommend. Very easy and delicious!
