Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
Mmmm these cookies were so amazing, all my friends were trying hard not to eat too many but they kept coming back for more! I made them for our Game Night. I loved the cakey consistency because no one wants dry, crunchy cookies. I have another party tonight and I think I'll try one of the tastey-sounding variations mentioned by the other reviewers!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
I've made pumpkin cheesecake once before and this one was really delicious. I tried experimenting by adding a little rum extract but it overpowered the pumpkin taste. It still tasted good, and it looked nice with the two layers. I did what another user did and put the pan in the freezer after putting the first layer over the crust. If you add rum or rum extract, be very careful!

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake I

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
I just finished baking and eating a piece of this delicious cake! I followed the suggestion of another user and used some dry strawberry jello powder (only about 2 tablespoons, so it wouldn't be overpowering).I added that to 1/2 cup sugar and then mixed it in with the fruit. It turned out wonderfully and I don't think it's too sweet at all. I baked mine is a greased bundt pan and it looks lovely! I can't wait to share this tastey cake with my family.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
I gave this recipe 5 stars only cause 6 wasn't an option! I used fresh rhubarb from the garden and fresh berries and I ate some fresh from the oven. I swear it is one of the most delicious desserts I've ever made. The tart rhubarb and sweet strawberries went perfectly with the soft, yet crunchy, topping. I'm going to try it with raspberries this time! Amazing recipe!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
I found this recipe to be extremely good. The only problem I had was that the amount of cookies for the crust didn't seem to be enough. It still tasted amazing though. My favorite part was the chunks of cookie dough hidden here and there. I will definitely make this again.

This was such a delicious alternative to the typical carrot cake. I made it for my friend's birthday and she loved it! Very moist.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
AWESOME RECIPE! The apples turned out so soft that they melted in your mouth and I loved how the oatmeal made the topping taste. I made this twice in a week and everyone loved it.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
I made this cake for my boyfriend's birthday and him and his friends loved it so much that I didn't even get to try a piece! But they raved about it even after it was gone, so I'm giving it 5 stars. I drizzled heated chocolate frosting (from the store) and put fresh raspberries. It looked like I'd bought it from the store. Very impressive, and easy to make. Hope I get a piece next time I make it!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
I did the same as other members by using 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I didn't have time to refrigerate the dough and I didn't think it needed it either. I used regular chocolate kisses and the swirled kind (they're swirled with milk chocolate and white chocolate) and both were awesome, I will definitely be making these again real soon!

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
I made this casserole for my boyfriend and his guy friends and they loved it! The cornbread did take awhile to bake in the middle, while the top was getting more and more brown. Next time I make it I'll use a wider dish so that the cornbread can be a thinner layer. Overall it was really tastey and fast.

Dawn's Candied Walnuts

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
I've made this recipe twice in a week and I really enjoy it! I added a bit more sugar and cinnamon the second time and the covering on the nuts was more coarse and sugary-feeling but still tasted fine. These are addicting!
