Pesto Pasta with Chicken

It was a great dish although the chicken was tasting a little bland so I added some salt and pepper while it was cooking. A family favorite!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

My boyfriend got out a pork chop meaning to only eat half of it because they were quite large, and before he knew it it was gone and he was sneaking some of mine. Delicious!

Swanson® Chicken Nachos

This tasted fairly fake because of the type of cheese used. I might try this again using fresh cheese in a short of fondue type form.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The leftover juice was a little too runny to call gravy, but went great over rice.

We found the au jus to be a little bit greasy. So we drained the top of the juice left in the crockpot. It was much better after that. About 2 hours before serving I took the roast out, sliced it, and put it back into the crockpot. This made the beef more tender and flavorful throughout.

Bacon 'N' Veggie Pasta

This wasn't bad, but the bacon tasted out of place in an otherwise vegetarian dish. I probably wouldn't make very often.

No-Cream Pasta Primavera

This was fairly good, but it was lacking flavor to us. It was light which is good, but maybe a little too light. I would make it again, but i'd try to flavor it up a little more.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

Very excellent! Didn't last long at all. I chopped up the stems and cooked them in a little bit of sausage grease and added that to the cream cheese mixture. I felt the mixture could have used a little more sausage so I may try that next time with a few more mushrooms. But still very good!

Asparagus Angel Hair Pasta

When making this, it started to look like it was going to have way too much liquid, however the pasta absorbed almost all of it which was impressive. The avacado mixture went well with the rest of the pasta which I also thought wouldn't work out well. However I thought the pasta was rather bland, even after adding spices. It was good enough for once, but I probably won't make this one again.

Amazing Asparagus

We weren't really sure what to expect with this recipe but we ended up loving it! Not to mention it reheats really well so any leftovers we had since it was cooked for two of us were eaten very quickly!

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

I made this for 4 and we loved it! When I cooked the chicken I just added garlic salt and pepper and kept adding it until it tasted good enough to eat by itself. It helps that I really like chicken cooked that way to begin with. I also added fresh mushrooms and some artichoke hearts to the asparagus which worked out really well. This is a keeper!

Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms

My father said brussel sprouts are normally a negative 3 but this recipe made them at least a 2. For those of us that already liked brussel sprouts, we loved it!
