Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
YUMMMMMMMMY!!!!! I did take the advice of one person and blanch the broccoli. I actually blanched it in the same water I boiled for the tortellini but I blanched it before I put the tortellini in. This is so differnet and I LOVE it.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
This is AMAZING, rich and yummy. I too didn't have bittersweet so I used semi-sweet chips (18 oz.) This was a five star restaraunt cake. LOVE IT. I put a bit of fresh whipped cream on top!

Jeanne's Chocolate Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!! TEN STARS! I did not change a thing and they are amazing!!! The dough makes a lot of cookies, the dough balls can be pretty small because they grow when you bake 'em.

Beef Stew VI

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
This is amazing...followed recipe exactly. It bugs me when people rate recipes that they have completely changed..cause that is a new recipe! :) It is awesome. I did think the sauce would thicken more...but it didn't matter!!! Yummy!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
Not sure what happened! After I added the flour to the onions, garlic and butter it was so lumpy! By the time I added the milk...I had a chunky bland sauce that tasted like wet flour!!I had to throw the entire batch out!! :(

I always make extra sauce and freeze it to put over pasta and grilled chicken!! Too die for!!!!!!! This recipe is the best I have ever used from allrecipes! I have made it a few times now and when I don't have white wine handing...I used cooking sherry. The taste is outrageous!

Pork Chops 'n' Pierogies

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2007
This recipe was awesome!! My husband loved it. I make alot of pork and just wanted something different, what a hit! I used boneless chops and didn't have apple cider vinegar so I used plain apple cider and a little regular vinegar. The house smelled amazing! This is going in my recipe box.
