Horseradish Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
amazing! I like horseradish but my husband does not so he was just going to eat some plain before I added all the ingredients. I made him try it though and he loved them and had them instead of the plain potatoes. I will be making this again!

Quite possibly the best food I have ever eaten! I added chicken sausage and used fresh baby portabello mushrooms. So very good! The feta cheese was amazing.

Skipped the lemon juice as I did not have it and also added red pepper flakes. It was very very good! I could have eaten the whole pan by myself.

Lemon Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
It was good but I used to much of the glaze and made the top of the bread very soggy. I increased the lemon to 1/4c.

Blender Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
I am giving this recipie three stars because of the fact that it is so easy. I have a five year old that loves mac and cheese but the store variety is just terrible for you. I am keeping the idea of the blender but I changed the recipe a lot. Overall: Thank you for the wonderful idea of blender mac and cheese!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Absolutely perfect!!! I made half as directed and the other half as cinnamon rolls which are in the fridge for tomorow morning. I did not have a machine so I did the following: Proof yeast in the water and sugar. Heat milk and butter. Add egg. Add yeast mixture and then salt. Mix in flour. (I had to use more that the recipe called for but it is very humid today) kneeaded for about ten minutes and then set to rise. This is for sure going in my cookbook!!!

I would have given it five stars but I thought it needed more pumpkin flavor. Other than that the texture and spices were perfect. :D

This was so good! Even my picky five year old loved it! I added potatoes and carrots to mine to make it more complete. Next time I will reduce the sugar just a tad....maybe by a tbs. Will for sure be making this again.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
The best ever! Even better (though very similar) to cinnabon! I made some for my friend and her husband who said there was no way a roll could come close to cinnabon. I proved them wrong! :D They loved them....I will never make another type of cinnamon roll again! Thank you!
