this recipe is really easy to do and turns out great. Just a little sweet for my liking, so will reduce the sugar the next time i make it.

Brunch Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2007
This is so good. Just a little adjustment, I added a 2tbsp of plain yogurt, 1tbsp lemon juice and 2tbsp pineapple juice to the milk. The scones turns out moist and smells so tropical....

Angel Whispers

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
My first time making a sandwich cookie, cause really dont have the patiences. But these ones looks so good, so thought I try them out. Took the advice of other reviewers and added yogurt and lemon juice to the cookie batter, turned out good and buttery. The filling is very runny so I added 3tbsp of corn flour in order to quicken the thickening process. Then I put the filling in the fridge for a while in order to make the filling less hassle. Overall good tasting cookies.... just need time and patiences....

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2007
This recipe is great adn easy to make. I actually made my own pie crust, using a recipe from the site "french pastry pie crust" and it turns out really flaky, just like those in the bakery. Will make this again but maybe with a regular or lattice pie top cause the crumbles are a little messy when you are serving to the children. Really good with vanilla ice cream.....

Deep Dish Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
Great recipe. I actually had a hard time choosing which brownie recipe to take up. I am glad I choose this one. Reading some of the reviews helped alot. I followed as some suggested, only use 2 eggs and ommited the baking powder. I baked the first 15mins at 175C and then 25mins at 150C. This kind of avoided the edges from getting burned and the entire brownie had the same moist and fudgy consistency. The next time I make them, will double the recipe coz they dissapear really fast.

My first time making bread pudding and my boyfriend loved it. Finished half of it by himself. I added raisins and thinly sliced apple in mine and springkle brown sugar on top before baking. Turned out great. Will definately make it again.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
I baked this cake for my office, brought the cake in the morning and it was gone before lunch time. I made a slight change, instead of water I used milk and substitute sourcream with plain yogurt. Yet the cake turn out to be very rich and moist.
