Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

Excellent! I made this with both swiss & sharp cheddar cheese & the cheddar cheese got more votes! I also used english muffins versus bread, which was very yummy! Will definately make again!

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

Very tasty & made the whole house smell so good! However, next time I would only add 1-1.5 cloves of garlic. 4 cloves is way to much. I did tweek the receipe a little. I used crumbled feta instead of slices. I used 3 slices of bacon in each piece of chicken. I think you could even use bacon bits to save some time. Next time I would also omit the salt because there is so much salt in the feta & bacon already.

Hot Crab Dip

Excellent!!!! I did use artificial crab meat versus canned & next time, I would add some canned shrimp into the recipe too. Next time, I think I will add a little more hot sauce & some minced onion as another reviewer mentioned. I served it with onion crackers, which were good & Triscuits, which I don't recommend. I got many compliments on this dip & will definately make it again!

Wisconsin Cheese Soup II

This was okay. It had a gritty/rough texture to it. The soup became extremely thick shortly after it was put on the table. I will most likely never make it again.

Enchilada Sauce

This was very good. However, the sauce did not want to thicken much. But, when I baked it with the Enchiladas (by Donna on this website) it was just the perfect consistancy. My only complaint is this was a little time consuming & much more expensive than the canned sauce, which is very close in taste.

Enchiladas

This was pretty good. I prepared it with chicken instead of beef. I used 1 tbsp less of chili powder, which was perfect. I did not used canned enchilada sauce, I made the enchilada sauce by Anna Marie on this website. My only complaint is this was a very time consuming receipe!

Porcupine Meatballs II

These were wonderful & extremely easy to make. There was not enough sauce, so, next time I would double the tomato soup mixture. I would also use less salt than what the receipe calls for. Leftovers were a little dry. I will be making this again.
