This curry recipe is a keeper for me...am usually a bit wary of curry recipes on any non-asian sites, but this is good. (and i'm asian! so it means something!)

Golden Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2008
This is such a simple, easy to make soup that tastes so so GOOD! I used cheddar as i'm not in America. Also added some chopped Zucchini and smoked salami as that was what i had then. i've made many soups and for some reason, they don't turn out that good...this IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!

Marinated Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
This was so simple, requires most things i already have and quick to make. PLUS, the marinade (even though i only marinaded for 2 hours) makes the turkey breast tender and juicy. Pleasantly surprise at the results.

Guacamole

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
Made Guacamole for the first time and it was such a big hit at my son's first birthday party! Good to chop the onions small so the taste is not so strong, but is still there..if you know what i mean.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
It is simply delicious and as others have said...it is so easy to make. My husband thought it was store bought! If you are trying this out, you have to make more sauce..it really makes a big difference and you won't regret making more of it!

Mild Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2007
A great light dinner that is so quick and easy to make! I was amazed that it was so tasty cos the ingredients didn't look particularly great. My husband loves it and was amazed that i did it all from scratch, no packets or pre-made stuff.

Mulligatawny Soup I

Reviewed: May 3, 2007
So simple to make, yet so tasty! I didn't have carrots (put in Califlower instead), added a bit of curry paste and half tsp of curry powder, added MORE rice, didn't serve with cream - and they were delicious!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Was never good at baking anything really. This is the first time i tried to bake cookies, made it for a camp and there were none left! i used Allspice and would probably use a bit more, used 4 cups of oats-turn out fabulous! Would note for 1st timers to drop a small round teaspoon and give at least 2 inches of space between drops as they spread! Thanks for a nice recipe for keeps!

i have never had meatloaf nor made one. It is so simple to make and surprisingly loads of flavour-used less sugar as mentioned and used Cream crackers instead. Yummy!
