Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I made this recipe twice using tilapia and hated it. I could not get past the fishy taste of the tilapia. The topping on the other hand was so good. I had to find a fish I could use it on, so I thought I would try it once more using cod. SO GLAD I DID!!! I made it last night, and guess what were having for dinner tonight. That's how great it was!!!!
