Onion Soup Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
We thought this recipe was delicious. I needed more so I used two boxes of 4.2 oz Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice but withheld the seasoning, I also added a 1/4 cup of long grain white rice, one onion chopped and sauteed and some raw sliced mushrooms and mixed that together with the onion soup mix. I also seasoned the pork before searing with garlic powder, onion powder and a little salt and pepper. I uncovered the chops the last 20 mins because it looked a little runny and it came out perfect. The chops came out very tender.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
This fudge was very creamy and delicious. I followed other reviewers advice on adding the marshmallow fluff after I removed the pan from the heat and right before I added the chocolate chips. Also, I used mini chocolate chips. I made a batch with nuts and without and preferred it without. Also this recipe worked well for peanut butter fudge by just using peanut butter chips instead of chocolate - however then I recommend a little less sugar.

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
Delicious way to cook Bok Choy. I did everything as directed except the optional red pepper flakes but I may try that out next time. Next time I might add shrimp or chicken.

Feta Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2007
Delicious. My husband didn't think he would like it because of the feta cheese, but he loved it. I used regular feta cheese and added dried basil to it. I also used canned tomatoes (drained so it wouldn't be to watery) and added basil to that too. I drizzled olive oil over the top per other reviewer's advise. It filled the house with a wonderful aroma while it was cooking. This recipe is a keeper!

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
My 7 year old loved this asked for thirds. This recipe is a keeper for our family. I followed much of DesiLuGirl's advise but used Montreal Steak Seasoning, Garlic Powder, and Pepper to season the pork chops. The sauce I did exactly like DesiLuGirl except I used a little more beer a bottle and a quarter (Coors Light) and I substituted the Splenda Brown Sugar for the regular Br Sugar.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
This made incredible cookies! I ran out of butter so had to use margarine and this still turned out awesome! We did half with chocolate chips and half with peanut butter chips. I had a recipe similar to this a long time ago and was happy to find it again here. Thanks
