Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
The sauce was wonderful on the broccoli. Great served over couscous.

Onion Soup Pork Chops
We thought this recipe was delicious. I needed more so I used two boxes of 4.2 oz Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice but withheld the seasoning, I also added a 1/4 cup of long grain white rice, one onion chopped and sauteed and some raw sliced mushrooms and mixed that together with the onion soup mix. I also seasoned the pork before searing with garlic powder, onion powder and a little salt and pepper. I uncovered the chops the last 20 mins because it looked a little runny and it came out perfect. The chops came out very tender.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops
My 7 year old loved this asked for thirds. This recipe is a keeper for our family. I followed much of DesiLuGirl's advise but used Montreal Steak Seasoning, Garlic Powder, and Pepper to season the pork chops. The sauce I did exactly like DesiLuGirl except I used a little more beer a bottle and a quarter (Coors Light) and I substituted the Splenda Brown Sugar for the regular Br Sugar.
