delicious! used ghiradelli cocoa powder and chocolate chips and crushed walnuts. also substitute 3 T melted butter for the vegetable oil.

Greek Pork Cutlets

I followed others' reviews and "marinated" the pork with more herbs and garlic than the recipe called for. I also added salt and pepper. Before frying, I dredged the cutlets in egg and then flour + pepper. They turned out delicious. I used minced garlic for the sauce instead of garlic powder, and I believe this made a huge difference. The sauce was very good.

Best Bread Machine Bread

i agree with other reviewers that holy cow this is amazing! finally, a real sandwich bread! i made the modification suggested by another reviewer and used 1 1/2 tsp salt. i also substituted 1 cup of the flour with whole wheat flour. and i added 1 cup sunflower seeds. really really tasty!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

I tried this recipe b/c my friend makes a tweeked version of it, and she makes, hands-down, the best tuna salad ever! Anyway, if I were to do this again, I would definitely not use sweet relish. I also think I may have overdone the curry.

I followed the directions, but it went horribly horribly wrong. I had to substitute yogurt for the buttermilk, which, from what I've read elsewhere, should have worked. . .

Easy Pancakes

Really tasty pancakes, but a little salty. Next time I'll follow the other reviewers' suggestions. I also added chocolate chips while cooking and some nutmeg and cinnamon. But i think with this recipe you can do whatever you want!

Lamb and Bulgur Soup (Shorba Freek)

Meh. . .It was okay. The bone is CRUCIAL to the flavoring. An interesting soup. I could see trying this again. The lamb was very tender and delicious.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

I can't imagine this soup with actual clove cloves. I used four cloves of garlic and that was awesome. It's a salty soup, so beware when it comes to adding salt. I don't think I will next time. Of course, it depends on the sweetness of your tomatoes.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

okay, i'm in another country without basic baking measuring cups and these STILL turned out pretty amazing. i baked Toll House cookies for a Christmas present, and while delicious, i was unsatisfied by the crispiness, so thanks for this idea. i didn't have pudding mix on hand, so i ended up making my own from a recipe for generic pudding mix on allrecipes. the cookies turned out great anyway (plus i added a little cinnamon)! i can't wait to use other suggestions i've read here (adding cream cheese, using mint chips, etc.). one thing though, be sure not to overbake. these cookies really are done when the timer goes off! thanks for the recipe!
