Wow, these are wonderful little morsels. I changed the recipe some, just to add some more whole grain fiber. First, I doubled the recipe. Then I substituted 1 cup of whole grain flour for 1 cup of the white flour. Added 1/4 cup of ground flax and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I stired in 1/2 bag of mini carob chips right before baking. I left out the nuts because my family does not care for them in cookies. I agree with another posting, 15 minutes is too long. In my gas oven I baked for 12 minutes. In my electric oven I baked for 10 minutes. Both at 400 degrees. A healthy cookie and Yum!!!
