Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2008
This was very good. The chicken stays quite moist. I used 2 cloves of garlic and it was just the right garlic flavor. We are not able to eat mushrooms of any kind, so I used Cream of Chicken soup and again, it was great! Will fix again and again.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2008
This was quite good. Next time I will 1/2 again the sour cream portion, to make the dish more moist. Very easy to put together, though.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2008
This was very good. I simply followed the recipe (except I baked for 45 minutes) and the chicken was very moist and tender and had a wonderful crunchy/cheddar flavor. I served with Rotini noodles and broccoli - YUM!

Hamburger Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
This was quite good. I did add 1/2 cup of sour cream to my soup mixture and some Mrs. Dash to zest it up some. Very easy to make also.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
Wow, these are wonderful little morsels. I changed the recipe some, just to add some more whole grain fiber. First, I doubled the recipe. Then I substituted 1 cup of whole grain flour for 1 cup of the white flour. Added 1/4 cup of ground flax and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I stired in 1/2 bag of mini carob chips right before baking. I left out the nuts because my family does not care for them in cookies. I agree with another posting, 15 minutes is too long. In my gas oven I baked for 12 minutes. In my electric oven I baked for 10 minutes. Both at 400 degrees. A healthy cookie and Yum!!!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
This was a very good pizza and quite easy to make. I used a Boboli crust, so I did not use a whole bottle of dressing. I also cut the hot sauce by just a couple tablespoons. I used a "regular" hot sauce, not an "extreme". It was still hot enough for my family. Enjoy!

Chiliquilla

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
This was very good as a different dinner option. The corn tortillas added a great flavor to it. I doubled the recipe, which I am glad I did....my 17 year old had 2 large servings...that's how much my family liked it!

Mound Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
Wow, these are wonderful and very easy to make. I did not have a hard time spreading coconut layer. I was not able to get it to spread all the way to the edge, but within 3/4 of an inch. I did use non-fat sweet milk, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. I will make this again and again!

Laurie's Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
This was good, but my pie crust did not get cooked through. Next time, I will bake crust for a few minutes first before adding ingredients to it.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
My first rating on this recipe was only a 3 and was not planning on making it again. I was in a bind and needed something fast for the crock pot, so I tried this again. I have no idea what happenined the first time, because this time it was fabulous. May the brand of chicken makes a difference?

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
Oh yeah! This was very, very good. I only had a half pound of cheese on hand, but it still was wonderful! It did bubble over in the oven, so place a baking sheet underneath, so you don't have to clean your oven afterwards like I did. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2008
This was very good. I added one extra can of beans - pinto. My family loves beans! Also, very easy, just follow recipe and eat! I did slow cook it for 8 hours - was gone all day - did not overcook at all.

Hot Spiked Cider

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
Very good. We doubled the batch because we had several people drinking out of it. We then seperated it into two - one without rum and one with. It was tasty with alchol and without. Nice warm drink for a cold winter day!

Mackie's Cream Cheese Mints

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
I have to agree with some of the other postings. Not the greatest substance to have to handle. Also, the lemon and butter flavorings were not a big hit for us. The mint was good, though. I will try a different recipe before this one again.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
This was a very easy sauce. Creamy and smooth and did not clump at all! My 17 year old son is an Alfredo addict and he had two large servings, so I know he very much approved. I will make this again.

Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
This was not my favorite recipe for Salmon, but my husband and oldest son thought it was awesome! I felt the honey was too over-powering.

Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
Very, very good. I chose to use ground turkey breast (that's what I had) and I also added a teaspoon of basil and parsely. It was very moist and my entire family loved it, including my cottage cheese hating husband! FYI - I baked in a meat loaf pan and it took 60 minutes to bake.

This had very good flavor. I used Turkey Pepperoni - a little healthier. Easy to make in a short amount of time.
