Lemon Custard Filling
I consider myself somewhat expienced at making custards. This one was horrible with a strong taste of cornstarch. It was not edible.

My Crab Cakes
I tried this recipe last week for a pot luck party and they were incredible. I used a small scoop to make them silver dollar size for appetizers.
