Tim's Lamb Stew

I really enjoyed this stew, it hit the spot! I DID decrease the oil-flour mix, and it thickened up just fine without it without tasting floury. I'd suggest making it in 2 TB increments to taste, that's what I did. Slightly more time consuming, but it got me a stew that was thick without a flour taste. :)

White Sauce for Pasta

We really enjoyed this; used BIO butter instead of margarine + granules, though. It came together quickly and was a hit- tossed with pasta, diced mushrooms and diced up cured meat. Definitely worth using again! My husband was stealing pasta straight off my plate.

Crab and Swiss Quiche

Absolutely wonderful! I threw in a little garlic powder, used three eggs like many others suggested and used about a quarter teaspoon of pepper flakes and it turned out really great. I also used cream instead of milk because it was what I had on hand. This is saved to be used many more times.

Orange Blossom Pie

It tastes really good, but it's far too runny, and really doesn't present well. I was going to use it for a potluck, but I think I'll feed it to the boy and choose a different recipe and make it last minute. It's just not very table-presentable.
